TERMS EN CONDITIONS
These are the terms & conditions of The HC-lifestyle on website: www.hc-lifestyle.com.
These terms & conditions apply to all orders placed on www.hc-lifestyle.com.
By placing an order you automatically agree with all the terms & conditions described here on this page.
- Order placement and completion procedure
2.1 Order placement
The customer can place an order on or via the Website in the following manner:
• Choose the product you wish on The HC-Lifestyle website.
• Select the right size (and check our website for the size chart schedule).
• Add your HC products to shopping bag.
• After choosing your HC products, select the checkout option.
• You will be asked to input your shipping and billing details.
• Double check your shopping cart.
• After the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided at the time of ordering.
Now we will ship the order. If we notice any problems with shipment, an email will be sent to the address supplied by yourself explaining the issue that may have arisen.
Remember to check your cart and delivery information before submitting the order.
When the HC-lifestyle have not received the correct email address, the HC-Lifestyle will NOT be able to send any confirmation or further information about the order and/or shipment.
The confirmation email does NOT mean that the payment went through and that the order has been completed.
For our online coaching, we offer a 24 hour contact service for questions and answers. Make sure to respect the personal life and professionality of our coaches. Keep in mind that our office hours are between 9 to 17 CET.
The response time of the HC-lifestyle coaches is not guaranteed and may vary from coach to coach. When your coaching membership is about to end, you have to inform your coach 7 days before ending that you would like to extend your membership.
Although we always try to have accurate and up to date information on our websitewww.hc-lifestyle.com, we make no representations or warranties to its accuracy. We are not liable for any errors on the site.

3: Price & Payment
The prices indicated on the website are in euros, are included with a Value-Added Tax (VAT) and are exclusive of shipping when an order is less than €100,-. If the order is les then € 100,- the exact shipping rates depend on the country where the order is being delivered to. The free shipment above €100-, is for worldwide shipment. Returning products costs can only be done by the customer himself. The total price will be indicated in the shopping bag on the website page order completion and in the confirmation email send by The HC-lifestyle to the email address you entered.
The HC-lifestyle will always be entitled to adjust the prices without any notice. The HC-lifestyle cannot be held to an offer on www. hc-lifestyle.com if there is a wrong price on the website.
Payment has to be made using the indicated methods on the website and has to be made in advance in order to achieve the order and complete the agreement.
Additional shipping cost
Orders that are delivered outside the European Union may be subject to additional surcharges and/or taxes. These surcharges and/or taxes are expressly not factored into the total price mentioned in paragraph 2 of this article. Additional costs, if any, on the basis of these surcharges and/or taxes shall be for your account and risk.
4: Delivery & Shipping
All orders made on www.hc-lifestyle.com are dispatched from the Netherlands. We aim to process it as fast as possible. If someone orders on a workday before 14:00 Dutch (CET) time we aim to send it the same workday. If that is not possible we aim to send it the next day. It will be send (within 1-10 business days). The product will be received in 1-20 business days depending of the location of the costumer. The Customer will always be notified by the seller via email about possible delays and/or changes. Tracking codes will be send by email so you can keep track of your delivery. HC-lifestyle cannot be accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control.
The HC-lifestyle will do its utmost to process and deliver the order as soon as possible after receipt of payment. The delivery time provided by The HC-Lifestyle is indicative. The delivery days are based on circumstances known to The HC-Lifestyle at the time of the agreement and may be subject to change due to external factors, such as chosen payment, the manner of transport and internal availability.
4.2 Shipping address
After the order has been processed and packed, it will be shipped to the address indicated by the costumer, on the condition that the mentioned address is complete and correct.
If this is not the case, the customer will be contacted by The HC-Lifestyle on specified phone or email as soon as possible. If the customer provided any incorrect and/or incomplete information, The HC-lifestyle has no responsibility in eventual delivery delays and/or failures.
4.3 Order Rejection
The HC-Lifestyle will be entitled to reject the order placed by the costumer in the following cases, among others:
• If the information provided by the costumer is incorrect, incomplete/false, or when The HC-lifestyle has reason to doubt the authenticity of the information.
• If the costumer’s payment is not received.
• If the costumer has caused serious inconvenience in the past.
• If the costumer was not possible to collect orders that he/she placed.
• If by obvious mistake or error the prices are not correct on the website.
• If The HC-lifestyle cannot deliver the order to the address provided by the costumer.
• If the chosen product or size is out of stock.
If there is a rejection in the order, The HC-Lifestyle will contact the costumer as soon as possible.
The ownership of the products ordered will be passed to you at the moment the HC-lifestyle has received your payment for the products ordered by you.
The HC-Lifestyle will make great effort to deliver the products complete and in good condition. In the event that the delivered products are not complete or damaged, we request you to contact us as soon as possible.
Article 5: Faithful Reproduction & Lifetime
The HC-Lifestyle will reproduce the products as faithful as possible on its website. If you feel like the product ordered by you does not correspond with the reproduction on the website at the time when the product is ordered
you can use your please contact us.
5.2 Quality and product Lifetime
The lifetime of the products offered by the HC-Lifestyle on its website depends on the product’s material and the way in which and/or the intensity the customer uses the product.
In order to ensure that the products will maintain their longest lifetime and highest quality,
it is important to read the instructions and washing instructions.
You can trust that the HC-Lifestyle will always deliver the highest quality and check their products before sending. You can also trust that the HC-lifestyle will only work with the best partners for their products.
Article 6: Cooling-Off Period & Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your ordered product(s), you can dissolve the agreement within a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days after receipt of the product concerned. On the website you can find our company details and we hope to receive a reason, so we can upgrade our products and services for future orders.
The cooling-off period starts on the day after which you have received the product, or on the day that a third party designated by you has received the product.
If you want to use the right of withdrawal, you must follow the instructions of HC-Lifestyle which you can find on the website www.hc-lifestyle.com. We want to ask you to return the product(s) concerned as soon as possible (any case within fourteen (14) days after you have informed us that you want to return the products). The product or products concerned can be sent to the address for returning products mentioned in Article 2.
After receipt, HC-Lifestyle will inspect the product or products in order to see whether you are eligible for a refund. Products that have been worn, washed, damaged or do not have the original labels, will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back on the costumers costs.
If a product is eligible for a refund, the HC-lifestyle will, if possible, transfer the refund the same day of receiving the product. We will send the money to the same bank account number used by you.
HC-Lifestyle will only refund the amount paid for the product, the shipping cost will be for your own charge. When shipping was free (orders above €100) and you want refund, we will charge our shipping fee for the ordered products. When this is the case the amount of money you get back can be less than the amount that has been paid by the customer.
Customised products, will not be eligible for a refund and cannot be returned. Make sure you return the product the way you received it when ordering. All refunding rights on our online coaching products will be lost, after reaching the agreed goal is reached.
Article 7: Privacy and cooking policy
This privacy and policy explains how the HC-Lifestyle uses personal information and how you can limit our use of the personal data.
7.1 What information do we gather?
When you create an account for easier shipments in the future, the data is saved automatically. Furthermore, cookies are used so that we know which pages of the website are being viewed and what is clicked on. Your search behaviour can possibly be used for paid advertisements.
7.2. How do we gather information?
Information is collected in two ways: Indirectly (using website technology) Directly (when you create an account for more futures and easier product orders)
7.3 Use of your information
When you have created a personal account, we can use your email address to keep you informed. Your search behaviour can be used for paid advertisements and is used to improve our website.
7.4 Accessing and updating your personal information
You can update your information by going to your account pages on the website. You have the right to ask what information we have about you. With the contact form you can request the personal details of yourself.
The password you provide when you register on the website is encrypted to protect you against unauthorized access to your personal data. We do our utmost to protect the privacy of users. Data transfer via the internet cannot be guaranteed and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data and / or the use of the website. All information you provide, is done so at your own risk and can be read by others. Once we have received your personal information, however, we use strict procedures to protect the security of your personal information.

When a buyer wants to take over our company, all our data will then be passed on to the buyer. Furthermore, we will never sell or pass on your personal details without permission. We can, however, if necessary, share your information within the company. Believe that the HC- lifestyle will deal with your data with respect and care.
7.8 Where we store your personal information
All personal information will be secured and kept in the headquarters of HC lifestyle.

Any Changes will be published on the website : www. hc-lifestyle.com. Makes sure you are always up to date about changes before you order.
7.10 If you don’t feel we’re adhering to this Policy, what should you do?
If you believe that something has gone wrong with this policy please send us a message using the contact form on the website.
Article 8: Complaints Procedure
We will do our utmost to have the order and delivery process proceed without problems. If you still have a complaint, you can contact us via our contact details as mentioned in Article of the General Terms and Conditions.
All complaints will be looked at with care and professionality and solved as fast as we can.
Article 9: Applicable Law & Competent Court
These general conditions and the concluded agreement (s) between HC lifestyle and you are subject to Dutch legislation. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International sales of goods is excluded.
The competent court of Amsterdam has exclusive jurisdiction in the event that a dispute cannot be settled kindly.
Article 10: Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
HC-lifestyle. may, at any time, modify these General Terms and Conditions. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions will only be effective if the changed version has been published on the website of the HC-lifestyle.
We expect you to consult the most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions when purchasing products on the website.
Discounts giving on certain products cannot be combined with other discounts available on the website.
